No Way Out Review.

A book that I really enjoyed reading last year is "No Way Out' by Peggy Kern. Harold Davis is a student at Bluford High and he faced a lot of troubles. His mom died when he was born, and his dad left after that. His grandmother has been taking care of him ever since then. Harold was in school one day when he got bad news from the teachers. His grandmother had passed out and she cut her leg open. She also had Diabetes. One time he looked through the mail and he saw that a social worker threatened to put him in a foster home. He saw hospital bills that were mind blowing, and thought how could his grandmother work if she was sick? That triggered him and he was really intimidated. He hated that he had to watch her suffer, so he decided to get hisself a job. After a few days he ended up quitting. He didn't want to tell his grandmother so he put on a phase to act like he still had the job. Harold knew the neighborhood drug dealer Londell James, and he was never up to any good. H

The writing all started when Caitlin had to send a "Pen-Pal" letter to someone from a different country. She out of everybody in her class chose to write to a child in Africa. Compared to Martin, Caitlin was really rich. Martin's dad had lost his job and Martin wasn't able to get the supplies he needed to write Caitlin back. He even had to write to her on a ice cream wrapper. Caitlin lived in a huge house with lots of cars , and her parents had good enough jobs to buy whatever she wanted and needed. Martin's family was really poor. Martin and his family had to share 1 bedroom along with other people he didn't know.  He even had to use the same toothbrush for 7 years. Him and his family all shared the same clothes, because there wasn't
